Below you’ll find all of the projects I have worked on divided into relevant categories.
Gaming
From screen readers, prototyping designs, to audio description, I have collaborated with studios to make a variety of games and mechanics accessible to those who are disabled. As a game accessibility consultant, I have been responsible for:
- Bug testing and play testing accessibility features and creating written reports on the results.
- Training game development studios such as Ubisoft, Microsoft, and EAGames on accessibility best practices through workshops and presentations.
- Designing new and innovative accessibility features within the scope of the development cycle to give players as much agency as possible.
Games I’ve Worked On
Sea of Thieves (2023)
IN Season 9 of Sea of Thieves, I was one of the consultants responsible for designing the new accessibility feature “Extend Audio Range of Sea Rocks When Sailing”. This accessibility feature, when enabled, lowers general ship sounds whilst making sea rock sounds more prominent. I’m especially proud of this implementation because it’s a sound that is natural within the world and only enhances emersion, rather than a harsh beep or other sound cue that can remove emersion.
As Dusk Falls (2023)
As Dusk Falls was a game I had a blast with on Xbox upon it’s initial release, where it has now been released on all platforms as of March 2024. As one of the accessibility consultants, I was responsible for providing guidance and design feedback surrounding the new audio description feature. Being that I work closely with Descriptive Video Works, this was a task I was absolutely ready to handle.
Games I’ve Created
As an alumni of the 2023 Virtual Exchange program offered by the IGDA Foundation, I formed a game jam team, Distance Over Time Studios, comprised of other alumni in the program. Since then, we have created two games, both of which I insured were as accessible as possible within the timeframe we were working in.

Join us as we discuss the workflow, challenges, history, and player reception of the audio description in Mortal Kombat 1.
Audio Description
As an audio description user and narrator, I have provided narration for Netflix’s Avatar: The Last Airbender, the Xbox Youtube channel, the Game Accessibility Conference Youtube channel, and more. I’m also a council member on the Descriptive Video Works advisory board and work with the other members to continuously and authentically evaluate the best ways to approach audio description within specific contexts and mediums.
